I had the most memorable stay at this hotel in Acapulco. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to many attractions. The room I stayed in was modern and well-appointed, with stunning views from the private terrace. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff who made me feel pampered and taken care of. The breakfast at the gourmet restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the facilities were top-notch. I especially loved the private pool in some of the rooms. this hotel exceeded all my expectations and I can't wait to go back.
The only downside was the cost of dining at the hotel restaurant, which could be quite expensive.

This hotel is perfectly located right on the beach, making it convenient for guests to enjoy the sun and sand. it is close to many attractions, allowing guests to easily explore the surrounding area. The one restaurant on-site offers a variety of options, although some guests noted that the prices could be quite high.
The loud music from the outside can be bothersome, especially late at night.

The hotel's location in the mountains offers stunning views day and night. The rooms, pool, and architecture are all top-notch. The food is delicious and the service is impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, even providing medical help when needed. Highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we knew we were in for a luxurious stay. the exclusive amenities available were amazing, including an outdoor swimming pool with stunning views and a fantastic Spa & wellness centre where we enjoyed a full body massage. We also loved the location advantages of being able to enjoy an in-room breakfast and poolside snack bar.
this didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel and we were still able to take advantage of the other amazing facilities on offer.

Fine views of the mountains during the day and beautiful lights at night. Great food and a variety of activities available, such as zip lining, quad biking, horse riding, jet skiing. Safe environment with friendly locals and helpful hotel staff. Convenient location close to the beach and various attractions

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The pool villa we stayed in offered amazing views and the architecture of the hotel was fine. The staff was helpful, from assisting with a flat tire to recommending nearby repair shops. We was like we were in paradise and didn't want to leave the hotel. The hotel is a great choice for couples looking for a romantic getaway.
